✅ Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

🔄 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Unfortunately, sale items and promotional deals cannot be returned.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

We will guide you through the process, including the correct return address and next steps.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

📦 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us and we’ll arrange it promptly.
